QQQQQQ:Question How can SN-258 have a range of 70km? Even with 25W
amplifier the signal will be lost in cable and only 12-13W will remain
in antenna. This corresponds to 40km most. You declare 2 times longer
range. Or may be you are offering very high quality expensive cable?

@@@@@@@@ Answer : Most amplifiers amplify the signal at the base
station, and therefore you are correct in your assertion that much of
the signal will be lost traveling through the cable. However, the G2
amplifier is located inside the external antenna, and therefore
amplifies the signal right at the antenna (so there is no cable to
travel through, and hence no signal loss). A 25W amplifier at the
antenna is equivalent to a 50W base station when taking into account
signal loss through the cable.
QQQQQQ:Question . Where are these amplifiers (ART-300, ART-325,
ART-300M, ART-300M3) made? I did not find them on SENAO site.

warranty.

@@@@@@@@ Answer : ART300M is designed for in car use, but if you are
interested in a "portable" amplifier for the handset we also
offer a 3W amplifier called a G3m. This portable unit conforms to the
handset and offers a small flip up antenna.
QQQQQQ:Question . What is the price for ART-325 with ART-300M? What does
this price include

ART-325. The price for the complete amplifier system (including antenna
and cable) is US$549. The ART-300M is priced at $349 (including car
antenna, cable, etc)
QQQQQQ:Question and do you ship worldwide ?

instructions you may have for customs purposes and we do ship it
worldwide.
QQQQQQ:Question . I use SN-258. Can I have 1 handset and additionally
connect another handset to internet and for data (15km from the base)?
@@@@@@@@ Answer : Yes, we have a product called a SX30. This device is a
fixed "remote receiver" that receives the signal from the
SN258 base station. This unit in turn generates a dial tone that allows
the user to connect any computer, fax machine, etc. All of these
products have been extensively tested in the market, the G2 amplifier is
currently selling at the rate of over 2,000 units per month. Customer
feedback has been very favorable.

only one strand of wire (the coax cable) runs from the amplifier to the
phone.

If you already have a factory antenna you can not use it with our
system. However, if you order a new system from us, we do not send the
factory antenna/cable, ONLY the high performance antenna system and
cable
designed to work with our amplifier.

The 1st step is to select your telephone from the following 2 models of

The 358 offers the smallest handset and most features and this is the
one we sell the most of. You will:
1) install the cordless phone base unit with a G2 (7w) or G3 (25w)
amplifier Bahrain and connect it to the Bahraini telephone line.
2) Install the SX30 http://www.Senaofr.com/data
fixed site data link in Dhahran/ Saudi Arabia. This device will receive
the signal from the cordless phone base station and generate a dial tone
to a RJ-11 port. Any data device may me connected to the RJ-11 port.
3) You will also have a "cellular style" handset which will be
used off of
the same line/base station as the SX30. No data may be sent from the
handset

1.Q: How can SN-258/358 have the range of 70km knowing the power loosing
the cable.
A: You have perfectly answered this question to
Serhiy.
2. Q: Why is there no significant difference in communication range between G-2 and G-3, though the difference in power is great(7W-25W).
A: The SN-258/358 handset is too weak to capitalise on significant power
increase. The handset can hear the strong signal emitted
from the faraway base, but the base can not hear the weak
signal returned by the handset. To really feel the difference between G-2 and G-3,
it is
necessary to use the handset amplifier together with the base amplifier.

3. Q: What is the effect from using the handset amplifier without the base amplifier?
A: The effect is very low. Powerful handset is no good
without powerful base.
4. Q: You state that G-2 can be used with 30m or 50m cable (RG-58type).
What is the difference in terms of performance of the amplifier?
A: The power emitted from the antenna is 7W in both cases.
Most users are happy with the performance of the amplifier w/30m cable. Using
longer (50m) cable allows to place the antenna at higher point, and, thus, to extend the
direct sight; condition for the signal.
NOTE: The G-2 amplifier must be tuned for the specific length of the
cable it is used with (RG-58 type). The length of the cable is state on the amplifier packaging (30m or 50m).
In case, the high quality cable is used (8DFB type like in
SENAO-568/868), its length can be 2xlonger than stated on the G-2 packaging (60m or 100m respectively).
G-3 amplifier works with 30m or 60m cable (8DFB type). It does NOT
work with RG-58 (thin) cable.
5. Q: If I use the high-quality low loss cable instead of RG-58, can I expect improvement in the performance of G-2?
A: Yes, but only in case you use 60 or 100m cable and extend it
to the full length. The power emitted from the antenna will still be 7W.
However, the antenna's altitude will create a very good direct sight condition for the signal.
6. Q: Why should the dealer move amplifiers for SN-258/358 instead of moving powerful Long Range Phones?
A:
a. The cost of amplifiers+SN-258/358 is much below the cost of
powerful Long-Range Phones with, practically the same or, in certain
cases and
configurations, even longer communication range. This allows the dealer to raise stable high profits.
b. Amplifiers are designed for the most popular mass-sold
SENAO models
(258/258+/358). Every 2 users out of 3 use their telephone with G-2or G-3 amplifier. Every other user of the phone with the base amplifier
ALSO uses it with the handset amplifier.
c. The amplifiers allow the end-user to extend the range and
improve the performance of his SN-258/258+/358 purchased before. It spares the
necessity to through away the telephone and replace it with the more
powerful model.
d. The amplifiers are very user friendly and provide extrasatisfaction
by their design, quality, indication lights.
e. The dealer can sell the phone in standard-factory
configuration or can configure the telephone with this or that Base amplifier and/or
handset amplifier, depending on the customer requirements. This spares
him the necessity to stock high-cost powerful phones and thus his funds run faster.

8. Q: Do you have any handset amplifier which can work outside the car?
A: We have G-3M portable handset amplifier for SN-358 (3W). NOTE:G-3M
can still be used as car amplifier or as a fixed site location amplifier. In these cases its power is 7W.
9. Q: Do your amplifiers increase the transmit signal only or both transmit and receive?
A: All amplifiers are TX/RX.
SX-30 -70 :
1. Q: What is the cruise data speed?
A: 9600bps (same as SN-568).
2. Q: What distance can the device transmit/receive data from?
A: The distance is from 10 to 70km depending on the terrain and the
power of the base station. The base station power is managed by theG-2 or G-3 amplifier:
no amplifier - 10km
G-2 - 30km
G-3 - up to 70km.
3. Q: What cordless phones models, this device works with?
A:

NOTE: The SX-30 is not "interchangeable". It works only witheither
model.
4. Q: What cable length can be used at SX-30?
A:

5. Q: Why should dealer move SX-30 instead of moving SN-568 or similar model?
A:
a. The cost of SX-30 + SN-258 (even with base amplifier) is much below
the cost of SN-568 or similar model. This allows the dealer to raise high profits.
b. The SX-30 can be configured into a short or medium range
system and let the user save on cost. SN-568 is a long range-high cost
system which
can not be adjusted.
c. These Data Adapters are designed for the most popular mass-sold SENAO
models (258/258+/358). The dealer can stock the phones which move fast
themselves and the low cost adapters. It is much preferable that to stock high-cost seldom sold SN-568 or CT-8.
